No, we currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid through our secure online payment options.

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery within India usually takes 5–8 business days after dispatch. Please note that orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect.

Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • You must provide an unedited video recording of opening the package from the moment you receive it, clearly showing the shipping label, unpacking, and product condition.

  • Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Products returned due to change of mind or dislike.

  • Items purchased during sale or clearance events.

  • Customized or altered garments.

To initiate a return, email us at zarara.enquiry@gmail.com with your order number, product photos, and a short description of the issue. Once approved, we will provide the return shipping address. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
